All custom pieces are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Initial Reaction is not responsible for any mistakes customers may have made typing in personalization. Please make sure to double check your initials or name spellings to make sure they are correct before you submit the order, and to review the personalization on your email confirmation. Should you notice that the personalization was entered incorrectly, contact us within 24 hours at sales@initialreaction.net or 203-255-1200.

Initial Reaction will not refund or exchange jewelry that has been scratched or damaged by cleaning agents, cosmetics or other personal care products. Please refer to our Product Care section for recommended care instructions.

NON-CUSTOM ITEMS

Initial Reaction is happy to replace or refund the cost of any defective item within 14 days of delivery. Please call or send an e-mail for approval before your return is sent. Products must be in their original packaging and shipped in a sturdy box or padded pack via an insured carrier. Include an original invoice and a clear note describing what is being returned and which action you require us to take. Initial Reaction reserves the right to refuse returns which have not been pre-approved and/or do not include the necessary paperwork.
